Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love every item you purchase from us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must include original tags and packaging.

  • Final‑sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are processed as soon as the original item is received.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • If we made a mistake, we’ll cover the return shipping and make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it right away.
